DeSantis strikes back by suspending Soros-backed Tampa-area prosecutor Andrew Warren
In a blow to the cult of woke and Soros' dream of sinking the US and profiting off the demise of the dollar, DeSantis culls his boy Andrew Warren from his post
What a weenie. Anyway.
Maybe that subtitle seems presumptuous, but Soros built his wealth off of subverting countries for personal gain. Look up how he made $1 billion in a day by shorting the British pound. "The man who broke the Bank of England" indeed. Anyway, onto the story.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has relieved Tampa-area prosecutor Andrew Warren of his duties after it came to light that Warren was refusing to prosecute Florida's laws as he had sworn to do. Of course, it's for the sake of woke politics. Warren effectively fucked around and found out what happens when you don't do your job correctly. This comes on the heels of the recall of another useless woke DA -- Chesa Boudin of San Francisco, who was recalled on July 8. It's an encouraging trend to uproot these cancerous tumors from the justice system.
Perhaps a little setup is in order. There has been a rash of prosecutors in the United States - particularly in dense urban areas - that have begun to outright refuse to prosecute misdemeanor crimes, effectively letting petty criminals have a field day. You see examples of this every day - if a crook sees something in a car that they want, they just break the window and take it. And even if they are caught, nothing happens to them.
Walgreens closed 5 stores in San Francisco back in October 2021 due to lack of enforcement of shoplifting laws that allowed people to just walk in, take whatever they want, and leave with no lasting repercussions. Criminals were seen taking garbage bags in, filling them up, and then walking out. They then try to hock their ill-gotten gains on the street. This wasn't 'starving people stealing bread' as AOC might have you believe, this was petty crime for personal gain.
In light of the fact that retail theft skyrocketed, causing Walgreens' security costs to go up 4600% in the San Francisco area, you can understand why they just saw fit to cut their losses and close those stores, instead.
I could rattle off a thousand more examples, but I should qualify that Soros comment instead. Basically, he denies that the rash of soft-on-crime DAs he has personally backed for election have been the primary reason for a dramatic escalation in crime. Of course his point masquerades as 'reform'. His comments border on delusional, as he doesn’t see the correlation between lack of enforcement and accelerated crime rates. He vows to keep backing woke DAs and has no intention of stopping his assault on our country through his minions.
If you want to read the Op-Ed Soros penned, then it's here. Good luck.
I can’t see the value in letting people run amok. Is this their idea of narrowing the wealth gap? Because stealing a purse out of a car isn’t going to make Johnny Crackhead a millionaire. He’s gonna hock it for a rock and get his fix, then go commit another petty crime whenever he wants to get high again. Not all crackheads have a President for a father to help finance their addictions, so as Dave Chappelle said, crackheads “Gotta be makin’ moves”.
I think I speak for all law-abiding citizens when I say: We do not elect district attorneys to turn a blind eye when the fruits of our labor are robbed from us. Do what we elected you to do, or Boudin and Warren will just be the first of many to be thrown out in favor of prosecutors who will do their fucking jobs. Tread lightly and do what you’ve sworn - uphold the fucking law.
We're seeing why our world isn't ran on the honor system - if people have the chance to take without consequence, they will do so. The justice system is meant to act as a deterrent, not an accomplice.
