Project Veritas exposes Greenwich, CT Asst. Principal Jeremy Boland's woke agenda
Project Veritas caught Boland admitting on-tape that he doesn't hire conservatives, and he explains his reasoning, which includes actively excluding parents from a child's education
Project Veritas does it again; their work is an integral tool in the culture war we’re currently experiencing, and here’s why.
Jeremy Boland, an assistant principal at Cos Cob Elementary school, was caught on video by Project Veritas where he discussed openly how he discriminates against anyone he believes to have conservative values by screening them in an underhanded, sneaky fashion so as not to get openly caught out in violation of employment laws, most pertinent of which in his case is Connecticut Law Section 46a-60.
Connecticut Law, Section 46A-60B1 states it is illegal to engage in any discrimination in hiring practices because of the individual's race, color, religious creed, age, sex, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, present or past history of mental disability, intellectual disability, learning disability, physical disability, including, but not limited to, blindness or status as a veteran. I can see quite a few that this knob from Cos Cob violated.
So what did he admit to? Well, let’s start with how he admitted to discriminating based on age. Boland admits to openly discriminating against people based on their age. He admits he doesn’t hire anyone over a certain age. Age discrimination is against the law, as previously shown. Bolands comments on age are as follows:
“I need younger [teachers]. So, because Greenwich pays very well, you get teachers from other districts who have been there for a long time, that want to come to Greenwich. But if they’re older, I’m not allowed to do that -- I can’t tell them, ‘I’m not interviewing you because you’re older.’ I just don’t interview them.” Boland says, adding,” So, for one position, I think we had 30 applicants. So out of all those applicants, I don’t think I interviewed anybody over the [age] of 30…Because sometimes the older you get, the more set in your ways, the more conservative you get.”
Another strike against Boland is his apparent disdain for Catholics, who he describes as being classically conservative on the whole, probably not a popular position to espouse in Connecticut where 38% of all citizens living there are Catholic.
If you're a protestant, your views might just be liberal enough for Boland to consider hiring you, but Catholics? That's a non-starter because in his mind they're basically guaranteed to be conservative. He admits that he believes people who are Catholic are too far gone, claiming their minds are captured by their ideology.
The Veritas journalist then asks him what he does once he finds out a prospective candidate is Catholic. His response is simple and to the point -- "You don't hire them."
The journalist then presses on this subject, asking if Boland would ever hire a Catholic. With a shake of his head, he states, "Honestly, I don't want to." In order to keep him on the hook, the journalist agrees but asks him, "Why not?" To which Boland responds, "...if they were raised hardcore Catholic, it's like they're brainwashed, you can never change their mindset." Hello pot, meet kettle.
Boland makes it clear that he has a specific agenda in mind — He wants your kids to be progressives, and he wants them to vote Democrat when they’re old enough to vote. That’s why he hires exclusively young, progressive teachers, because he knows they share his fervor for warping minds, and he knows they will do so in a sneaky, subversive way that preserves and perpetuates the agenda.
"Believe it or not, the open-minded, more progressive teachers are actually more savvy about delivering a Democratic message without really ever having to mention their politics." Says Boland. He continues by adding," It's subtle. They'll never say, 'Oh, this is a liberal or a Democratic way of doing this.' They just make that the norm. And this is how we handle things, it's subtle."
The Project Veritas journalist then asks simply, "That's how you get away with it?" To which Boland responds with a proud nod, "That's how you get away with it."
She then presses him subtly, asking, "And how do you make sure parents don't find out?" Boland's response has all the candor of a man who believes himself to be more clever than everyone else, "They can find out, so long as you never mention the politics of it." Testament to how slick those in the employ of James O'Keefe are, she pumps up Boland's ego to keep his answers flowing, saying, "And then later down the line, they're gonna vote Democrat and you will have done a great service to our country." Cue more supercilious nodding from Boland before he feigns modesty, replying, "I hope."
"You're teaching them [children] how to think. That's it. It doesn't matter what they think about. If they think about it in a logical, progressive way, that becomes their habit." says Boland. The Veritas Journalist then inquires, "So, you kind of like, gear them to think in a more liberal way?" To which Boland simply affirms audibly, "Mhm."
First off, using the word 'logical' and 'progressive' in the same sentence is erroneous to say the least. Modern progressives believe that mutilating children irreversibly because they're going through a phase is logical, so I can't really sign on to that. Call me crazy. Secondly, what do we call it when we teach someone how to think? That's right, it's brainwashing.
The very same thing he accuses Catholics of doing, he's actively hiring staff to brainwash children into his own ideology. Remember that quote about Catholics from earlier?
“If someone is raised hardcore Catholic, it’s like, they’re brainwashed -- you can never change their mindset.”
I won't defend the Catholics, that's a whole other can of worms and their problems are many, but it's very much the pot calling the kettle black, in this case.
Get your kids out of public schools ASAP. Find a learning pod, find a trusted private school if you can afford it, and also consider homeschooling. Just get them out. You, parents, are the enemy he wants to fight.
Now I know you’re saying,” Whoa there, Chicken little, chill out,” but hear me out. If people like Jeremy Boland represent even 1% of the staff in these schools, it’s a problem. Viruses like the ideological mania of such people end up spreading, and like you saw in the Project Veritas video, they will prop up their own, and discriminate against the other, meaning anyone who even has a whiff of a conservative mindset about them.
To clarify and use his own words against him, Boland seems troubled with pesky parents and their insistence on having oversight of what their children are being taught, stating, "I can't get past the parents anymore." When asked to qualify that statement, he responds, "So, the parents feel as though it's their responsibility to shape the schools, which then shape the kids, right? So, because I can't get past the parents, do I really have as much of an influence as, on the kids as I want? I try in my own way. But right now my job is to hire the right teachers."
If you want this country to remain as free as it can for generations to come, the battle is in the schools. I hope this article offers the motivation to conservative teachers to infiltrate institutions like this and change them from the inside, the very same way Boland is attempting to change things. Fight fire with fire.
As James O’Keefe eloquently asked, “If politics and religion are supposed to be kept out of the classroom, why are these factors used in effecting Boland’s hiring decisions at Cos Cob?” The same question should be asked in every school where this type of ignorant protocol takes root.
