Asst. Principal caught by Project Veritas Jeremy Boland placed on leave pending investigation
The hammer is about to come down on hateful leftist assistant principal Jeremy Boland for trying to build his school faculty into a woke cult
The leftist cult takes another L thanks to Project Veritas’ exposé of Cos Cob Elementary School assistant principal Jeremy Boland, who I previously covered in this article.
The cliff notes of the situation is this: assistant principal Jeremy Boland was caught on camera admitting to discriminating against prospective teachers based on age, ideology, and religion. His goal was clearly stated: teaching kids how to think so they always vote blue no matter who, and to entrench them for life in the woke cult.
Boland thought himself clever, but Project Veritas was more clever, as they exposed his woke cultist agenda. The video located here shows him admitting to committing several violations of Connecticut law with his discriminatory hiring practices. More frightening, his long-term goal of indoctrinating children might not have been caught in a timely manner, had Project Veritas not done the excellent work they’re known for. Kudos to James O’Keefe and his organization.
Dr. Toni Jones, Superintendent at Greenwich Public Schools in Greenwich, CT, released a statement on Wednesday about Boland. "Late last evening, we were made aware of a video that had gone viral with a current administrator from Cos Cob School. We intend to do a full investigation and until that time, we will not make any public statements,” Jones writes, concluding, “We ask that you respect the investigation process during this time. We do not, however, support any opinions that promote discriminatory hiring practices based on race, religion, gender, or age in any way, and we want to remind our entire community that our curriculum policies and procedures are strictly enforced by our Board."
Not as scathing as I might have hoped, but let’s hope that Jones and the rest of the School Board make the right decision.
Democrat Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont is also aware of the situation with Boland, however, he gave a limp-wristed response to the whole situation, merely paying it lip service to give a half-assed condemnation of Boland’s actions.
“Discrimination of any kind has no place in Connecticut, especially in our public schools. This is not aligned with our Connecticut values," he said in a statement.
I say half-assed because he gave away the case when speaking about the methods of Project Veritas on Thursday, letting his true feelings on the matter be known.
“I hate these gotcha guys. Clipping the videos and trying to make political fodder out of it,” Lamont said.
Translation: Lamont is angry that one of his own ilk got busted and gave away part of the scheme that lefties like Boland and Lamont are actively trying to foist upon the children of the state of Connecticut. Lamont is not at all angry at Boland, in fact he probably encourages such administrative measures. No, he’s angry that journalists caught out one of his own. He’s likely biting his fingernails hoping something salacious hasn’t already been captured about him.
I wager that Lamont will be quicker to sign laws prohibiting Project Veritas-style journalism before he would ever sign one to protect kids from bigoted predators like Boland. Not that a bill related to Boland’s actions would ever make it to Lamont’s desk in deep blue Connecticut, where Democrats have controlled the General Assembly and the Governor’s office for 12 years straight. If such a bill did make it to Lamont’s desk he’d veto it at the speed of light.
Attorney General William Tong’s comments are much more encouraging, “I am invoking my civil rights enforcement authority to investigate any potentially illegal discrimination or other actionable misconduct related to that video,” AG Tong said on Thursday. It will be telling if a reversal takes place, likely signaling orders from on-high to stand down, so I will be watching carefully. Let’s hope AG Tong does the right thing.
This may be the spark it takes to break the Democrat stranglehold in states like Connecticut. The lust for power is clearly too tempting a mistress for them, so they should lose it. Vote for your children’s futures in November.
