The Summer of love is back
The real "summer of love": attempted swatting of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green [R-GA] is just the latest incident in the run-up to November midterm elections
Few will ever forget the summer of 2020 — Covid was all the rage, the radical left dusted off Black Lives Matter to embezzle money from their supporters and influence the upcoming Presidential election while violent rioting was taking place in numerous metropolitan areas throughout the country with the deaths of unarmed black men used as a pretext to collect their blood money and wreak havoc. Furthermore, it even resulted in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle, WA being occupied and held by force by leftists terrorists, most of whom never saw a second of jail time for their actions. That’s just the short list of things that happened that summer to prompt then-Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin to dub it the “Summer of Love” — a phrase that proved to be her doom in a re-election bid.
I’m thinking the summer of 2022 has a good claim to the moniker of ‘Summer of love’ as well, if we’re using similar criteria to determine the legitimacy of dubbing it as such. What do I mean? Well, let’s see:
There have been assassination attempts on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), and most recently, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
Trump’s home at Mar-A-Lago was raided by the FBI at the behest of Attorney General Merrick Garland, and evidence shows it may have been ordered from on-high by The Big Guy™ himself., despite his insistence to the contrary. This is seemingly connected to the DOJ running rampant and handing out subpoenas to Pensylvania GOP lawmakers, as well as confiscating Rep. Scott Perry’s (R-PA) phone
And all this while protests and harassment from leftist rioters continue to impede the lives of Supreme Court Justices in violation of laws that are on the books, but the DOJ doesn’t seem to care, even as Senator Mario Rubio (R-FL) implores them to enforce the laws of this nation.
Partisan politics and violence coupled with uneven application of the law is precisely the unstable concoction you might want to foment if you want to create a civil war situation. It should come as no surprise now that many no longer refer to the Biden Administration as an ‘administration’ at all, but a regime. It just fits better.
It’s especially imperative to be wary of such a scenario coming to pass when tensions are still running high after Nancy Pelosi decided she needed a trip to Asia, setting the Chinese government on high alert and prompting them to flex their military might in the region, which forced our Navy to send the USS Ronald Reagan and its strike group to the South China Sea as a deterrent to aggression from China, who threatened through State media to shoot down Pelosi’s plane. As if that wasn’t enough, Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey decided he wanted to lead a delegation on a trip to Taiwan as well a few weeks laters.
We have enemies at the point where they’ve already threatened severe military responses, including using nuclear weapons. Do we really think these nations wouldn’t align to pick the bones of the U.S. after a civil war? Russia and China are already running joint military exercises together. While countries try to downplay such actions, we have lots of practice at this here in the U.S. — you don’t order joint military exercises with allies unless you think shit is about to hit the fan and you want to be ready while also sending a veiled threat to the country that provoked the joint exercises in the first place.
In lighter news, though, Pumpkin Spice is back.
So, how about it, Jenny Durkin? Summer of love 2022? You can’t torpedo your political career any more than you already have.
