Wikipedia changed the definition of recession; fake news outlets are pretending a recession isn't happening.

I know, the 1984 references are getting old, but it comes up literally every day now. Newspeak dictionary 69th edition just dropped.

So here we are again. Another article to address another banned term, in an manner of speaking. The last article I wrote was about Twitter suspensions due to the usage of the word groomer located here.

Another word has been perverted to suit the agenda of a leftist. This time it's the king leftist who is hemorrhaging approval every time the polls are taken. Joe Biden's party works hard to protect him, and in order to keep people from knowing that we are officially in a recession, they've used the almighty Wikipedia to pervert the meaning in order to redefine it. So, at least by nomenclature, we are not technically in a 'recession' because that word's meaning was changed so it no longer qualifies as the term to define the current state of the economy.

I guess when all your boneheaded policies do is worsen the crisis, just change the literal meaning of words to avoid having to address the fact that your direct actions and those of the lawmakers directly aligned with you by party and agenda have done nothing but dig us deeper into the hole you put us in in the first place.

I cannot believe we have arrived to this point, where this is the type of disingenuous rhetoric to which our so-called leaders have resorted. I give it about 2 days and Twitter will ban recession as an insult against LGBT people so no one can discuss how we're in a recession on their platform. Hey, they already did it with 'groomer' so what's one more? Seems to be an effective tactic for protecting pedophiles and politicians, although in many cases one can be forgiven for conflating the two as one and the same.

I guess all this is to make that abysmal Whitehouse press secretary's job even easier, as if it needed to be. When confronted with having to addressed the many failings of the Biden Administration and provide an explanation, Karine Jean-Pierre usually defaults to some long-winded variation of "Nuh-uh". And like Jen Psaki before her, she says 'Um' so much I'm beginning to think that's her pokemon name.

It's frustrating every day to be told not to believe our lying eyes, and then people like myself go through the pains of digesting the exhaustive news ( noise ) cycle to attempt to sift through all of it and find those little kernels of truth to then report them as they should've been reported in the first place.

As thanks for that service, we will all be invariably banned or suspended for bringing these things to light, only for a few months to go by and the issue we reported on is no longer politically expedient, so the liars in power just admit to it. Then their mindless lemmings replace the prior programming with the new programming, and just like that, the lie becomes truth. Until it's necessary for it to become a lie again, then it will.

Well then, Ministry of Truth, here's my promise: I will remain a fly in the ointment and keep a historical record of things as they're meant to be, not as what they've mutated into for the convenience of an incompetent leader.

And if you needed any proof at all that it’s absolutely happening, here’s the fact checkers to prove it. Remember: Anything fact-checkers say, believe the opposite and you’ll have the truth.

CNN felt so strongly they had to do it twice.

”The lie becomes truth, then becomes a lie again.”

These practices are so insulting I can’t even fathom what they’re thinking. Simple and lazy types will be like “We’re not in a recession, CNN said so.”

If these news outlets want to appear to be less partisan, here’s what you do: Stop marching in lockstep with whatever gaslighting efforts the Whitehouse is putting out right now. I can’t believe we’ve arrived to this point where Biden is literally doing the Eric Andre shooting Hannibal Buress meme to avoid taking responsibility for the trainwreck he has created. All to pretend everything’s fine come November when midterm elections happen.

My prediction is this: This is just the appetizer, the main course is going to be the lame duck sessions after the election. Things are going to get scary.
