After Project Veritas exposed woke agenda in schools, CT Teachers' union tries to limit risk
The Connecticut Education Association is doing damage control after Project Veritas exposed Cos Cob Elementary asst. principal Jeremy Boland's woke hiring practices
A Connecticut teachers’ union is left scrambling as they attempt to limit the damage from Project Veritas paying their state a visit to expose discriminatory practices in the state’s educational sector, according to an internal memo they had sent out after the exposé of Jeremy Boland by Project Veritas quickly went viral. The memo even implicates the National Education Association as well, the largest labor union in the U.S., as complicit to their coverup. What else are they trying to hide?
The Connecticut Education Association (CEA) was called out by Connecticut State Rep. Kimberly Fiorello, who posted the memo the union was circulating to her Instagram, wherein the union makes an attempt to try and contain the flames generated by the heat of the sunlight Project Veritas shined upon Jeremy Boland, who was placed on leave after the video exposing his woke rhetoric and discriminatory hiring practices surfaced on their website and on YouTube.
The President of the CEA, Kate Dias, was the one who sent out the memo to members of their union, urging caution from members whenever they might be speaking to reporters, even resorting to vetting them through their organization. I’ve reached out for comment from Dias, but have received nothing as of yet.
What’s that they were spamming recently in regard to the raid on Trump’s home? “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.”? Yes, that’s the one. Seems that Kate Dias very much believes that Connecticut teachers and administrators have plenty to fear, which means they must be hiding a lot more than just Boland’s actions.
Kate Dias writes, “Good evening -
We have been alerted that Project Veritas has dropped a hit piece using an administrator in Greenwich [CT]. While a teacher was not used(so far) the narrative is that of hiring liberal teachers to indocrinate students, so it is not kind to educators,” The very beginning of the memo tells you the agenda, it isn’t to express concern that educators are being discriminated against by administrators — which is what I would expect from a union — it’s to protect the party line. Political party means more than your rights as an employee, to Dias.
Dias continues, “I have a couple of asks of all of you:
1. Please do not search this, Veritas does not need our hits to drive traffic to the site. We will get a clean copy of the video tomorrow from NEA (National Education Association) and will share it out as soon as it is received.”
Translation: We need to make sure you don’t trust your lying eyes, so we need to try and edit the video for your consumption so you get only the story we want you to get. Also I like how the largest labor union in the country, the National Education Association, is apparently complicit in the coverup.
The list continues:
”2. Do not speak to any reporters that have no been vetted. If you know the person, do what you feel comfortable with. If you do not know the person, please reach out to Nancy Andrews at CEA to confirm their legitimacy.”
Translation: We can’t have any of our union members having any slips of the tongue to reveal our dastardly agenda, so we command you not to speak to anyone you can’t be sure is on our side. When you have to vet people to avoid things getting out, you’re hiding something big.
On to #3: ”I would not comment on the Greenwich video at all - we know that Veritas uses this tactic to trap educators and union members into making incriminating statements. Don't feed the beast.”
Translation: Loose lips sink ships. I’m guessing the CEA, and by extension the NEA, are holding onto a lot of secrets that could upend the educational paradigm irreversibly, otherwise a culture of silence would not be needed. Again, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear, right? That’s what they would say to a right-leaning individual.
#4: ”Alert your members that Veritas is in [the] state and lurking around - keep meetings closed and ensure your members are the only people present. Remind members that they could be the next victim of a hit piece if they aren't fully aware of who they make comments to and what they say. It's time to double down on caution.”
Translation: McCarthyism is our only savior now. Anyone you don’t know to be a good Party member is safely assumed to be a bad actor. Big Brother from 1984 doesn’t have anything on Kate Dias.
”I am sorry that this isn't a bit more of a happy back to school, but this is the real deal - trouble is hitting us locally and we need to be very cautious.” Kate Dias ends off with a farewell after that, and offers to take questions from union members but she can’t be bothered to reply to my emails. I guess I’m one of those “agents of Goldstein” she is trying to protect her union members from.
Sunshine is the best disinfectant for an infection of the cult kind.
Cockroaches scatter when you turn on the lights, and lefty cultists are no exception. Project Veritas shined a big light on educators working against the best interests of the children in the hopes of churning out the next generation of woke #votebluenomatterwho idiots. This is incredibly dangerous, and seeks to undermine all levels of critical thought, right down to the words the kids they’re teaching become accustomed to using.
”The revolution will be complete when the language is perfect.” - 1984
I know I make a lot of 1984 references, but they’re basically following the playbook. Protect your kids, and get them out of public schools if you can. This kind of subversion is a tumor that needs to be excised now.
